Makeup Lessons

If either the student or Juliana misses a lesson, one makeup lesson is scheduled at the end of the semester. If the student misses several lessons due to unforeseen circumstances such as a lengthy illness, Juliana will work to make up the lessons as much as possible.

Refunds

If the student discontinues lessons before the halfway point in the semester/session, a partial refund of 50% less $20.00 (materials fee) of the lesson tuition will be returned. No refunds will be made for students who terminate lessons after the halfway point in the term or if the start date is after the halfway point in the term.

Practicing

When making a commitment to learn to sing or play piano, you only get out of it what you put in. If you practice very little, you will get very little out of lessons. Regular practicing is important in order to be fluent. Working on your music every day will result in more exposures to the language of music, better technique, and therefore an increased level of skill.
